Hi, I am Alex
I am a somatic coach, yoga teacher, and recovering people-pleaser who helps women break free from self-doubt, set boundaries, and reclaim their personal power. Through somatic exploration, yoga, and breathwork, I guide women to regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their body, and build embodied confidence—beyond the story and into who they are becoming.
