This 15 minutes Nidra practice will work on your subconscious to plant the idea of nourishment. Our subconscious is where all our inner mechanisms are stored. By going into a deep relaxation, we are able to communicate with it and align our conscious and subconscious minds, ensuring both are moving in the same direction. To prepare for this practice, ensure you can be lying down for 15 minutes uninterrupted. It is preferable to practice this in the morning, to avoid falling asleep, but it can also be practiced at other moments in the day. If you do fall asleep, this is totally fine, and it means your body needed to recuperate. The effects of the practice still work as the guiding voice also lands while our conscious mind is sleeping.
